refinishing question?
Have a pine dresser that is painted a light brown. I want to remove this color and go natural. Have stripped all ready. Now I want to sand with electric palm sander. My question is what grade of Sand Paper should I use?
I am assuming you are using a dual action sander if not I would suggest you get one. I would use 150 grit. Any thing heavier is liable to leave grooves in that soft pine and anything lighter will load up too quickly and will be more costly due to the amount of sandpaper used to do the job.
